Rare Vintage W. C. Fields The Entertainer Poynter Products Ice Bucket. When you push down on plunger, his mouth opens a little bit. I don't believe it would be functional as an ice dispenser. But this is extremely rare and hard to find with the hat in this condition. The hat does have a few chips and is made out of styrofoam which is expected at this age. The height is 16.5" and 8" wide.
